SkillsLibrary

SkillsLibrary is a shared core library used to power custom abilities across several Minecraft plugins, including Superheroes, EnchantedBosses, EnchantedCombat, and SuperheroesPlusUltra. It exists to make complex skills consistent, reliable, and reusable across different gameplay systems.

For players, this means abilities behave predictably and interact cleanly with combat, mobs, and other mechanics. Skills such as superhero powers, boss attacks, and combat effects are built on the same underlying system, so they follow the same rules for targeting, cooldowns, scaling, and activation.

SkillsLibrary allows skills to react to real gameplay events like attacking, taking damage, using abilities, or meeting specific conditions.
