Enchant table decoration

This basic mod gives players more freedom to decorate their enchanting setup however they like.

The following blocks no longer block the enchanting table from recieving power from nearby bookshelves:

• Amethyst buds (any size)
• Banners
• Candles
• Carpets (wool and moss)
• Chains
• Coral Plants and coral fans
• Flowers & potted plants
• Lanterns
• Pressure plates
• Signs (regular and hanging)
• Torches
• Trapdoors

Additionally, chiseled bookshelves can be used in place of regular bookshelves to add some extra variety.
