Can improve TPS performance meaningfully in high-entity situations

Updated C2ME config

The C2ME config has been further improved, helping world gen speed massively. omo was able able to generate 64 chunks in ~32 seconds on his system (haven't really benchmarked it myself lol)

Added Essential warning

When adding Essential to your instance, Crash Assistant will warn against it.

Updated Minimega

Now, Mini Games have Leaderboards!
