Additions:

Player Name List. It contains 4 slots for player names and gets updated every time a new player joins the world
/playernamelist command
/setplayername command

Changes:

Ghost Players now spawn every 3 minutes
A Ghost Player cannot spawn if there's already one in a radius of 70
Ghost Players will now take a random player name from the player name list
