Fix update for 0.2.4 to fix some oversights, apologies for the issues, happy vstuffing!

Changelog:

  • Removed pulley anchor collision
  • Forced pulley to have a min length of 1
  • Fix pulley not ticking on relog
  • Remove damping for setJointLength (which was causing extension to be slugish)
