Changelog

Version bump to 1.21.1
Fish will now more vigorously swim away from all sources
I've also replaced the vanilla avoid goal for players to make them more vigorously swim away from players too
They can only move so fast, even with my efforts to continously pour metaphorical gas on the engine.
