Replaced the buggy stylish_occult:trigger criterion with stylish_occult:special_rune_trigger

Fixed the stylish_occult:insight criterion never being triggered
Fixed 'place' and 'craft' advancements being granted even for failed operations
Fixed loot tables getting corrupted
Fixed WTHIT showing "stone" for angry lava demons
Fixed Occult Cauldrons being broken when playing on a server
Fixed runic altar candle animation getting jagged after a (long) while
Fixed runic scrips breaking on chunk borders of unloaded chunks
Fixed runes not dropping stored items when broken while being active
Fixed debug rune showing drop stack in incorrect order
