0.14.0 - OffSlimes

• Added hat to Ender Slime
• Added Trait Inverse - Good effects will be performed when the Slime is Unhappy, and Bad will be performed when Sad. (added to Orby)
• Added Trait Nuclear - When furious, Slime will burst apart and create a high powered explosion that break blocks.
• Added Trait Putrid - Increases strength of effects and doubles their duration. (added to Minty, Rotting)
• Added Trait Weeping - Periodically cries, filling the area with water. If there isn't enough space for its tears it will get sadder. (added to Weeping)
• Added Slime offline mode. Slimes will no longer perform effects or get hungry when their owner is offline (configurable)
• Increased owner attachment radius
• Changed positive/negative effects to be visible instead of invisible
