Fixed an issue where items with a quantity of 0 were not being processed correctly, affecting features such as automatic feeding from Sophisticated Backpacks.

Added a generic synchronization hook: any eating action—regardless of its source—will now immediately sync the consumption history. This improves compatibility with unknown or external mod mechanics, such as automatic feeding from Sophisticated Backpacks.
