- fixed the weapon select screens for real
- fixed pv blades not successfully blocking
- made rend asunder slightly larger
- fixed energy ball to not ignite teammates with sfteams
- prevented ability casting and platform summoning while in spectator
- also removed the pv line(tm)
- fixed kindness domes being max radius all the time
