• Refactored the clearing system internals (this should have no impact on the server end)
• Added support for whitelisting/blacklisting entity tags for both Entity and Pokemon clearables.
  • "#tag=<tag>" where <tag> is replaced with a string to check for
• Added #mythical tag for Cobblemon clearables
• Added support for whitelisting/blacklisting NBT for entity clearables.
  • "#nbt={}" where {} is the NBT you are needing to match
• Added "clear_passengers": true option to clear instance configs to allow clearing entities that are riding another entity. Defaults to true
• Fixed players getting cleared (caused visual issues, didnt actually kill them though)
• Fixed Cobblemon clearable tag "#owned" not checking if a Pokemon is NPC owned
• Updated the config loading system to hopefully fix configs not generating sometimes
• Updated the default configuration to add items and pokemon in the blacklist of the entities section
• Include Fabric Permissions API internally
