Major Update 4.0.0

• Fixed some config issues that were only encountered when starting the game with no builds registered
• This build now includes Click Fixer, so you don't have to download it separately.
• Renaming this to ReBuilder from RePlacer
  • The internal name is also changing; check on your keybinds!
• The config menu has been remade, almost from scratch.
  • Should be significantly more intuitive!
    • Naming utilities are removed, and instead saved internally to be modified via the menu.
  • Don't worry, all your settings will be ported automatically.
    • Your builds will be too, but to avoid issues that have the potential to occur due to changes being made in this process, the old build folder will be left alone. It will not be interacted with after the first time you launch this version.
• Removed update checking every tick, as that was a significant resource hog.
  • Now only checks for file updates when you open the config screen & pause menu.
• Build config saving is now more streamlined interally. This should not impact your experience, aside from potentially being faster.
• Changes made after release candidate builds:
  • Build deletion is properly functional.
    • I had forgotten to implement this at all before.
  • Build addition now allows for immediate deletion, should you so desire.
    • Previously there was an issue that caused it to fail to recognize filenames for new builds.
  • Builds that have been marked for deletion are sorted to the end of the build list.
  • Builds that have been marked for deletion or disabled now have their config tab labeled as such.
  • Build files are not held open anymore. Instead, if you remove a build file, it will be recreated as soon as you open the pause menu.
  • Builds that have been marked for deletion can now be overwritten (by using the same name) before the game has been closed. There is no warning for this, as I, unfortunately, cannot implement that in Cloth Config.
