Optimization:

ModifyCraftedFoodPower now realized by applying dynamic ModifyFoodPower on itemstack, resolving the problem of itemstack combination
ModifyFoodPower now show its food/saturation modifier in tooltip
Modify food and potion bonus tooltip are now configurable

Compat:

Added compat for AppleSkin, now food tooltip/hud shows the actual food values after ModifyFoodPower's modification
