Nerfed Reapers Scythe Max Damage from 80 to 60
Added custom death message for Reapers Scythe
Made expert enchantment give extra xp from smelting and achievements when wearing a chestplate
Limited items expert enchant could go on so it only goes on things it works on
Added custom tag that allows you to add different blocks to be affected by expert that don't already work
