Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed Gulf Tentacle not getting Buffed by Potency

• Fixed mismatched staff category entries for Chinese and Japanese Black Book translations.

• Fixed Pillager Servants moving towards their targets when standing on slabs

• Fixed Conquillagers continuously backing up.

• Fixed Necro Bolts not syncing with client shot with Velocity enchantment.

• Fixed several projectiles not affected by Velocity enchantment.

• Drowned Necromancers will perform their Trident Storm attack if their target is closer.

• Drowned Necromancers can change their target if a valid target pushes them, similar to Iron Golems.
