Goety - The Dark Arts

• Reanimated Redstone Monstrosity's smash attack to be more MCD game accurate.
• Creating a Redstone Monstrosity will turn every Block of Diamond into Obsidian instead of each having a 12% chance of doing so. Can be disabled in goety-mobs.toml.
• Redstone Monstrosities move a bit quicker when chasing their target.
• Redstone Monstrosities will rotate towards their target when performing their smash attack.
• Positioned Redstone Cubes and Scatter Mines to properly be in the middle of blocks when summoned.
• Added Russian translation
