Using a bottle on crying obby blocks for portal fluid is now consistent with Spelunkery's config
Added loot tables (kinda needed)
Migrated hardcoded maps to datamaps, such as block conversions to and from crying variants (Spelunkery isn't ported to 1.21 for portal fluid, but potential pre-emptive compat has been implemented)
