Some clean up and important fixes

Some tag clean up
updated build.gradlew
pack-mcmeta & META-INF now also configured in gradlew.properties
added a bunch of full armor set methods
Fixed Full Set Bonus, you get it, also when you do not wrear only Enderite Armor
Fixed all enchantment books, that generates in chests, because these books, can not be used for enchanting
Fixed Advancements, that you need the gilded variant, now gilded or not gilded
