Added new enchantment Magick Boost.

When holding down the sprint key, movement speed increases by 100%.

However, 3 experience points are consumed at the moment of acceleration, and 1 experience point is consumed every 10 ticks thereafter.

If you don't have enough experience required, you won't be able to receive the effect.

This effect can be applied anywhere on water, ground, air, and ice.

Stacks with other enchantments that increase movement speed.
