Added a not so subtle hint when players place a receptor on the wrong part of a machine

Fixed beam cannon being targetable with tinker hammer
Fixed levers not being placable on certain blocks anymore
Fixed crash when a tinker hammer is aiming a face of a beam splitter that isn't there
Fixed ancient codex opening on the host when a joined player opens it
Fixed a whole bunch of blocks being replaceable with fluids (thanks sirplop)
