Additions:

• Client Config: Player can change the power of the abilities from 1.0 to 0.1 of the ability power

Fixes:

• Keep Inventory now works with the Core Slot
• Player ability data kept when changing dimensions (Ex. Overworld to the Nether)
• Void Core is in the Creative Tab
