Changelog

Renamed "obsidian_diamond_ore_replaceables" tag to "obsidian_ore_replaceables".
Added "dragon_made_ores" tag, which defines a list of blocks that will randomly be chosen as replacements.
Rewrote worldgen code to be more efficient.
