Respawn Stabilizer Anchor. This machine can set the respawn point when used within the White Barrens while the player has the Over-Rooting effect. Added a new configuration file: Whether to prevent the generation of Bloated Snowfall Taro Tubers. Default is false. Fixed parts of the localization. Added descriptions for some items. Fixed a bug where Frost Dust Blocks could not be auto-input into the Surge Frost Dust Generator. Cleaned up a portion of redundant/obsolete files. Now the durability lost by Patterned tools/armor cannot exceed 20% of their maximum durability. (However, since Patterned armor already limits damage taken by mobs to 95% of max health, even high damage won't cause significant durability loss, and tools don't lose large amounts of durability at once... This change is mainly to synchronize the mechanic with the Corroded Shield.) Modified the loot tables for Frost Grass and Aquatic Frigid Grass. Shearing these blocks now drops the block itself instead of the usual drops.
