Fixed various server to client sync issues
Fixed evolution crashing when the pokemon was evolved in-world
Fixed mega evolution not working in-battles
Downgraded fabric loader requirement to 0.17.2+
Added a new config "Random Movepools" when a pokemon is caught randomize all learnable moves
Added a new config "Random Wild Types" wild pokemon encountered now have random types, that actually affect battle mechanics
Added proper server authoritative configurations, now when an admin sets configs and a player non-op joins they won't get the config screen
