Better Enchantment Boosting 1.4.0

Changelog

Changes to data attachments for enchanting boosters:
- Removed betterenchantmentboosting:candle and betterenchantmentboosting:chiseled_bookshelf
- Added betterenchantmentboosting:activation, which candle cakes now use.
- Added betterenchantmentboosting:activation_count which anything in the betterenchantmentboosting:groupable_candles tag now uses.
- Added betterenchantmentboosting:inventory which chiseled bookshelves now use.
Added the betterenchantmentboosting:groupable_candles tag; candles from other mods are no longer automatically compatible.
Added the betterenchantmentboosting:enchantment_influencers tag for blocks that can influencing the enchanting table.
Added compatibility with Aurora's Deco shelves and wall candles (the latter already had compatibility but it's now done through the groupable_candles tag).
Fixed unlit candles boosting the enchanting table.
Fixed options to enable treasure enchants and curses for enchantment influencing being inverted internally.
Fixed suppressed crash when no valid enchantments are found for enchantment influencing.
