Purgatory

Gameplay:

• Adds a command (/function spawn_gamemaster, and by extension /function remove_gamemaster) which allows you to spawn The Gamemaster, an npc that allows Purgatory to run independantly, they starts rounds with a 15 second rest period, and can even end them on their own, meaning Purgatory is now server compatible (please ask before making a public server)

• added a singular move for archmage (after 2 months) still wip
