Oxygen is now stackable. Up to 90 seconds (default).
Breathable area (safezone) now spawn in oceans.
Oxidizer Device can now be build. It create a safezone around it. The range depends of the oxidation of the "fuel" part. This device is made to allow underwater base.
Bubble grants 30 seconds of oxygen.
Chimney grants 3 seconds of oxygen, every 5 ticks.
Safezone grants 4 seconds of oxygen, every 3 seconds.
