Bug "fix" and performance improvements

• Reported by Steampwred from Discord, the item drop from reforge anvil may sometimes repeatedly drops the anvil. Although currently still investigating, I made a small changes to the drop system, that it will not drop more than 1 of mentioned items, and in situation where over 20 of those anvil items around the world.
• Adjusted the requirement for "How did we forge all?", due to the new reforges.
• Most Effects function will now be ticked per second instead of just tick (1/20s -> 1s). This is implmented to improve the performance.
• Changed the interaction detection, from ticking to advancement.
